As we have said before, "As a resident you own it all"!  Simply translated, what that means is that when you buy a home or a villa in Timber Pines, your share of all the amenities, including their upkeep, is included in the low monthly assessment of each homeowner.  There are of course, optional fees to be paid for purchased services.
The following is a list of those amenities:

  • A gated community comprising some 1,468 acres
  • There are 64 miles of paved, maintained roads, sidewalks and walking paths
  • Two community size heated swimming pools each with a spa
  • Two 18 hole executive courses - The "Hills and the "Lakes"
  • One 9 hole pitch and putt course - The "Highlands"
  • One 18 hole championship course - The "Grand Pines" 
  • Two pro shops
  • A beautiful country club and restaurant
  • A performing arts center
  • A huge, rustic lodge with activity centers, card room, billiard room, woodworking shop, arts & crafts room, library, a full kitchen, social activity porch, gas grills, a ballroom and/or large meeting room
  • Roofed shuffle board courts
  • Bocce courts
  • Eight lighted tennis courts
  • Scenic lakes and ponds
  • Recycled water irrigation system that waters the golf courses and the surrounding common areas
  • Fully equipped health and fitness center


The estimated community paid in investment for all the above is $86,000, 000!  That translates into approximately $25,000 per home.  A value that must be taken into account when comparing prices with houses outside the Timber Pines Community.
